Block diagram of IBM STB02100 (http://www-306.ibm.com/chips/techlib/techlib.nsf/techdocs/852569B20050FF778525697C00588552/$file/stb0210x.pdf) shows that it has an integrated decoder inside. But I din't find any data sheet to see if M-PEG stream is externally accessible.
