Hi! PMS

I'm pf Park.
I told you about my problem by way phone call already....but I think this forum support communication thread is better for each other.

Anywany I write more detail information about my problem on the below line.....please read careful my installation step, then want your perfect solution.

1. Installed SDI-cap card in my HTPC pci slot.

2. Installed dirvier for SDI cap card. --> of course I follow your user manual setup guide. see the below picture.

3. Installed D-scaler 4.1.8 --> no problem.

4. Connect SDI cable from DVDP to SDI cap card.

5. Power on my SDI dvdp(playing)

6. Run D-scaler

7. Go to BT card menu --> select CCIR1 or other CCIR

8. No correct picture --> see below picture.

Please let me know your solution.

Hi hitman22,

Please try the following steps:

1. Uninstall the WDM driver (Btwincap), DScaler can drive the card directly so you don't really need this driver. In some systems, the WDM driver may have conflict with other software components.

2. Install the SDI capture card on another PCI slot. PCI conflict in some systems may cause this problem.
