I see the Crystalio II homepage has gone online - looks quite nice! And the Crystalio II looks definately very tempting!
Two questions:
(1) Why are there LAN + USB inputs on the rear panel image of the VPS3300?
(2) Do the "internally generated test patterns" include motion judder tests? This could come in handy if you want to check whether the display does some internal refresh rate converting or not. Such a judder test should show a smoothly moving object in the output refresh rate. If the display shows the movement smoothly, everything is fine.
Thanks!

The USB input of VPS3300 is for firmware upgrade purpose. The LAN is reserved for future use (maybe for firmware upgrade/control etc).

Good idea. We shall consider to make a downloadable MPEG file to provide the judder tests for the Pro version.

That would work fine, I think. However, wouldn't you need one MPEG file per refresh rate? I mean for 24p, one for 25p, one for 50p, one for 60p etc? Or would you use one MPEG file and play it back in different speeds so that it fits to the refresh rate?

I did not think about the implementation details yet.
