I know KDS was selling a modified RP62 that had a SDI output, but I'm wondering if I can use this DIY kit to do so.
I see it's been done on the RP56 and RP82, so I suspect it'll work.
Any guidance?
Thanks,

Sorry we have no experience on RP62. It may be similar to RP82 though.

It actually uses a different decoder. Instead of the SiL it uses the FLi2200.
Any experiance with that chip?

Both RP82/RP56 are using FLI2200. However, FLI2200 is not a MPEG2 decoder, it is a deinterlacer.

Pardon me; I did not proof read my reply and said 'decoder' rather than 'deinterlacer'.
