Do you mean the internal video patterns?

All test patterns are full screen.

When i see 4:3 trasmission in to the 16/9 screen.

Ah, I think you mean "when a 4:3 image is shown on a 16:9 display, can the two sides be grey instead of black?"

The answer is yes. The background color, when an image does not fully occupy the whole screen, can be black, grey, or white. There are a lot of choices user can select from.
