MB100 won't boot!

My new unit, when plugged in to my tv by Composite, will display the splash screen, but then the screen flashes and reverts to the TVs "no input" message.

The unit lights indicate that its trying to access the disk, but nothing is outputted/displayed. Using the remote does nothing, but if I press the TV Modes button, the power button flashes red and green. Nothing except pressing the play/pause button will stop that, and still nothing is displayed.

This occurs everytime I turn on the unit- I cannot figure out what the hell is wrong...

There were no instructions or manual included in the package.

Being that I have no internet access except by my phone, I cannot presently download it from the website, so you may hear from me again.

Regarding the TV MODE BUTTON- perhaps in future updates it would be beneficial to have the "TV mode" button work more as output selection on most receivers- pressing it once changes the output, without having to press it in combination of another key, which is rare these days.

My phone (RIM Blackberry) can read PDFs that are received by email, but can't download them from websites.

Can anyone please send me a PDF copy of the user manual for MB100 by email? I presently am flying by the seat of my pants- no manual whatsoever came with my product.

Send me a PM and I'll give you my email address.

Much thanks,

Jdubb

Just go into a library & print it off by accessing this website. Cost depends on pages/colour. You can access librarys as a 'visitor/guest'.

I suspect this product is now at life cycle end and no new updates (some of which make it work worse) have been released in several months....

Automan.
